Registration Guidelines:

  1.  Student delegates have to submit the confirmation certificate duly signed by HOD (Compulsory).
  2. Registration fees include Kit, admission to the conference hall, trade exhibition, inaugural function and lunches.
  3. Provide us your updated email id & mobile number, it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  4. Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  5. Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
  6. Please produce the confirmation letter at the registration counter during the conference. Only spouse & children can
    register as accompanying person.
  7. Accompanying person is not entitled to conference kit, certificate and conference stationery.
  8. After registration it is mandatory to come back this page and put all necessary information in this form

Cancellation Policy:

  1.  All cancellations should be made in writing and sent to conference secretariat.
  2. All cancellations received on or before 16.11.2023 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
  3. No refund for cancellation made after 01.12.2023.
  4. The refund process will begin only after 30 days of the conference.
